How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Our standard policy is to ship an order within 3 business days after receiving a confirmed order for the items in stock. Usually we will ship your order within one business day.
If for any reason we can not ship your order within 3 business days, you will be notified and you will be able to make necessary changes to your order. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

When will my credit/debit card be charged?
Your credit/debit card will not be charged until your order is processed and verified by Credit card transection processor. You will then receive an email to notify you that your order has been processed and your account is charged with your purchase amount.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
We do not charge sales tax if you live in any state of the United States outside California. SonSeal, Inc. is required to charge sales tax for the state of California only as per California laws.

Can I place my order by phone or email if I am uncomfortable ordering online?
We understand that many people are uncomfortable ordering online, so we have made other ordering options available to our customers.
1) You can call us at 1-510-709-3402 anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST, and we will be happy to process your order just as quickly as an online order.
2) You can send us an email with your items list (include Title and ISBN numbers and quantity of each item).

Be assured that we use high encryption security processing for your online order and the best online credit card processors such as PayPal and Authorize.net.

What if an item I have ordered is out-of-stock?
We will contact you about the out-of-stock item, and you will have some choices. Since we only process a completed order to avoid duplicate mailing charges, you can opt to wait for the backorder items and receive all items all together, or you can cancel the backorder item, or you can cancel your complete order. Occasionally we don’t know if an item is out of stock until the order is completely processed, but we will make every effort to communicate with you to expedite the backorder item or respect your decision about canceling the order.

How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends upon the method you select for shipping your items. It will be calculated during checkout process based on the number of items, shipping method selection, and the zip code it is being shipped to. Free shipping is mailed by the US postal media mail.

Am I able to cancel my order?
You can cancel the order process at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart button and deleting each item from your shopping cart by updating the cart with zero quantity. You cannot cancel the order once it is processed.

How do I check the current status of my shopping?
There are a number of ways you can view your orders. First, as you add items in the shopping cart, you can see the items on the right hand column “My Cart” section. Secondly, you can view your current order and items in the cart by clicking on “My Cart” at the top of every page. Thirdly, when you checkout, you can review your order and all your items. You can modify the quantity of items in your shopping cart at any time. Once ordered, you can view the status of your order by logging into your account and checking the order status.

You can login to your account and click on the order status to view the current status of your order.

What will happen if I do not receive the correct product or it was damaged?
Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we think you will be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, in case when item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will gladly replace them.
Please send us an email at returns@sonseal.com to get an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number before returning the product, and you will be provided further instruction on where to ship the material. We have a number of different warehouse locations in multiple states and depending upon your location, the appropriate return address will be provided.
