Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed upon receipt within one day. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by our Credit and Fraud Protection Department. Most orders are shipped within one business day of receiving your order. All orders are shipped as per selected shipment method, and when available, the tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your product ships.
We do not ship to APO/FPOs or post office boxes or to hotels. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.
Our site automatically computes shipping charges whenever you place an item in your shopping cart, and upon checkout will prompt you to choose the method of delivery you wish. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. We need time to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it, so choosing NEXT DAY AIR does not mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online. We will make every effort to process your order within one day.
UPSP Media mail will take anywhere from one to two weeks for delivery.
Shipping and Handling are non-refundable.

Canceling an Order
You can cancel the order process at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart button and deleting each item from your shopping cart. You can not cancel the order once it is shipped out.

Returns & Replacements
All returns require an Retrun Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Please send an email to returns@sonseal.com for an RMA number. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We reserve the right to refuse any purposely damaged returns.
Pack the products appropriately into a shipping box, and tape securely. Write the RMA number issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.

Payment Methods
We currently accept the following forms of payment by credit card: VISA/MASTER CARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS/DISCOVER/PAYPAL. We do not accept international credit cards and cannot process or ship an order outside of the United States. If payment is made by check or money order, there will be a 7-10 business days processing period after receiving the payment for the above mentioned.  By submitting your credit card information, you give us permission to charge your purchases to the credit card that you designate.

Viewing Orders
There are number of ways, you can view your orders. First, as you add items in the shopping cart, you can see the items on the right hand column “My Cart” section. Secondly, you can view your current order and items in the cart by clicking on “My Cart” at the top of every page. Thirdly, when you checkout, you can review your order and every items. You can modify the quantity of items in your shopping cart at any time. Once ordered, you can view the status of your order by logging into your account and checking order status.

Updating Account Information
It is a customer responsibility to update the account information with accurate user name, email address, billing address, and shipping address. SonSeal will not be responsible for inaccurate information given by customer.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. SonSeal.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Orders placed online utilizing promotional offers by coupons must be placed exclusively by the recipients of such coupons.  Such coupons are non-transferable. In the event a coupon is not used in accordance with these terms, SonSeal.com reserves the right to cancel the applicable order without prior notice. SonSeal.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item, provided that we will credit your credit card account with the appropriate amount or reduce the amount to be charged to you. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Typographical Errors
We endeavor to publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, SonSeal.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. SonSeal.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, SonSeal.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
